A licensing hearing a fortnight off, and a disc nobody could open
Two weeks out from a licensing hearing, a Lace Market bar sent four video files to its solicitor with a viewer that would not install, into a practice running Macs. Reading the container out of the files themselves let the stream move into a format that plays; the original export was left as it was, and both were hashed. The recorder's clock turned out to be over half an hour fast, never adjusted when the hour changed, so that difference was reported as a number rather than left for the other side to raise.
