Four points to get right before you post it from PE21.

Four disks in one case, and it travels as oneWhoever sold you the NAS may have called it a backup; it is hardware, and hardware holds no second copy of anything. When a bay turns amber, cut the power before a rebuild can begin, and send the box complete and unopened, case included. Servers and RAID sets travel the other way round — drives out, bay number marked on each, disks only.
The records nobody can produce againA season of yield maps, variable-rate files and soil sampling, the drone imagery over a field, batch records a retailer can ask for years later. The crop only goes in once a year, and in most fen offices all of it sits on one disk that nothing else copies.

The packhouse cannot log a load without it. Can you rush it?

Yes, provided you say so when you ring. Urgent jobs are imaged first and stay with one engineer throughout, which is what actually saves the days. What you will not get is a date invented to please you: the completion date arrives once the diagnosis will stand behind it. Weekday hours are 9am to 5:30pm.

Is there anywhere in Boston to hand a drive across?

No — Boston has no counter and Nottingham has none either. A job is booked in at the intake lab, alongside the imagers and the shelves of donor drives, and what almost everybody does is post it, tracked and insured. Examining it costs you nothing, and we pay for the leg home.
