Food traceability is what most of this town's bench work turns out to be. Does an LE14 address pay more than one in the town?

We write nothing back to your disk. Everything begins with a read-only image, the recovery runs against that copy, and your original goes back in the state it arrived at the lab. Our paperwork shows a case number instead of a company name; the engineer opens only the files the job needs and keeps everything else closed; and thirty days after your drive goes home, any remaining working copies are deleted. The privacy policy sets it all out.
The QA share will not mount this morning. Do we open it?
Not before you call us. Turn off the power at the wall so it is not constantly retrying, and do not rebuild the volume. If the disks come out of the NAS, label each with its bay number and post them bare; if they don't, send the whole NAS. Servers and RAID sets are handled the same way: bare disks, with the bay number on each. Call us before anyone opens a chassis, and get a quote before anything is posted.
